No one can tell you what it is, but an ER can't do anything regardless. An SCH typically just resolves by itself. Miscarriage there's no cause typically and nothing to stop it. Bleeding is fairly common in the first trimester, but really only an ultrasound can tell you what going on
i didn’t say it was or wasn’t a miscarriage it just wasnt as painful as my miscarriage before @raquely, the pain levels are just different i’m still scared do not get me wrong

Brown blood is old blood so that’s good. If it’s bright red an accompanied by cramps then it’s cause for concern
