Called straight talk and finally got some help i called a number and its fixed. Then they transferred me to another person who tried to tell me that i need a new simcard and this and that. Really i dont need a new sim card. I just want better service is all nothing else. I have no money to buy a new sim card. I will tomorrow and call them back that way its fair. Sorry needed to rant
