I wound up getting a small messenger bag from Amazon and it's so much better than the big ones I had before. But he's out of the stage where I need to pack a whole lot of stuff. I found I hated the ones with two shoulder straps, too-they always got in the way.
@nomli, I have a almost 15 month old and I don’t have to carry too much for him anymore but I’m having another one in February so I’ll have to pack double stuff
Yeah....I think even if we have another one, I'll try to keep this smaller bag and just have things like spare clothes and extra diapers in the car, unless we'll be somewhere that I can't easily get to the car. I really don't want to go back to the big bag 😩 plus I rarely used half of what was in it anyway!
