Do pregnancy pillows actually help? Is there a specific one that is better than others?

Omg my pregnancy pillow helped me alot !! I got mine second hand so not sure the actual name but it was this type :)

I hated mine, I forget the name but it was too big and firm, the only thing I liked using was my bf’s leg lol

I got a cheap one at Walmart for now... I like it bc I couldn’t sleep until I supported my back/head/shoulders

Love it. My husband calls it the dividing line in our bed 😂 mine is well lived. Has a hole in it. After baby is born; I'm parting it to the trash

I just used a regular pillow like those body one that are super long. My sofa came with two so i took one but i would roll so much it didnt really help

I used a regular pillow to save money and it worked the same sometimes I just used the comforter

Snoogle was a life saver.

I always just used a normal body pillow and it worked just fine
