Have any of you got pregnant on the iud? Or how often does it happen

I did twice. They ended in miscarriage

I actually heard from my doctor it’s common 🤦🏽‍♀️ I only had mine in for a year before I got pregnant.

@kkmamax3, I haven’t had a period for the month of November but my periods are never regular since I got the iud one month I have one next I won’t so I might test in a few days

I hardly ever got a period with mine.

@motherof3nigerianprincesses, my doc told me she’s only seen one person get pregnant on it that goes to her office so she said it could happen but not to common

@kkmamax3, if I get mine it’s only like 3 days long

My step son was a iud baby

@motherof3nigerianprincesses, do they keep it in the whole time or with they remove it

@anmarie1, they have to keep mine in. My doctor didn’t want to risk it since my baby was right on top of my iud
