I used ad ointment or desitin it works amazing even Vaseline to create a barrier and also change wet diapers frequently to avoid over moisturizing

We get nystatin for my son

Wash with soap and water and dry really good. I do that when the creams don't work

The soap dries out the skin

@mommys_little_monster, give her a warm bath no soap no bubbles no nothing. Just warm water and some toys and let her soak and play. Make sure she’s super super super dry when you change her use the diaper rash cream until the blisters go away and then stop using it and keep it dry and she should be good soon
