Every evening when I sit down I get shooting pains down below and braxton hicks.. Any idea what causes it? I'm 35 weeks :)

Can be caused by doing to much. Take it easy x

@bethrolls, and I think they become worse if you don’t drink enough, get some water down you! Xx
