Birthday parties are they worth it? We haven’t given our oldest daughter a birthday party since she was two,She’ll be five less then a month . Every party we throw usually ends up drama. And I usually end up regretting having a party.We have been debating to throw a birthday or take a few friends out to our daughters favorite place. Any suggestions?

Go somewhere fun. That's what we plan to do for his future birthdays. The memory of that will stick with a longer than a party.

I would just do something small. Close family and a couple friends and call it a day. No reason to go crazy unless that’s what she wants

I feel the same way about parties .. like why invite all these people that usually just show up to be noisy and to eat the food I BUY! And majority of them don’t even bother bringing a gift 😒 I’ve always loved the idea of taking my daughter out to do fun things and I’ll still tell people just so they don’t say I didn’t invite them lol 😂 cus lord knows they won’t show up to pay for their own.

@littleonemorning, we celebrate her birthday at our families on her actual birthday. It would be friends or cousins we don’t see all the time that we won’t see on her birthday.
