Really don’t feel like going to my wic appointment today. My wic lady is so nice. But the people who work up front for the health department are always so freaking rude

I don't get how people who do costumer service are so damn rude. How do they even get their jobs. They do know before hand you have to interact act with people, that mean be nice and poilite not ass hats.
