I don't think so, it's nice and snug at the top and around his legs and I made sure his penis is pointed down so it would have to at least get in his diaper a little bit, but it's completely dry.

Is he still eating okay? If not that could be a reason why he’s not going good, if so then maybe contact his doctor and see what they think!

I wouldn't be concerned just yet.

After 8 hours and he's still dry I would at least call his doctor and bring it to his attention just to be on the safe side it won't hurt it'll make you feel better knowing that your baby is okay @damiensmommy1117

This happened when my daughter was 2 weeks old! I was breastfeeding as well and didn't pump. She went 24 hours without pee or poop that's when I took her to the hospital because I was worried, turned out she was dehydrated and I wasn't producing as much milk as I thought so they had me pump to keep track of how much she was getting. I would call the doctor and ask when you should be worried just in case! And the signs of dehydration besides a dry diaper is his soft spot will be sunk in more than normal, and their skin color turns darker! If he's showing those signs take him in!

@damiensmommy1117, Whoever said don’t be concerned yet. Be concerned a little bit. My son got dehydrated when he was just born and it looked like he was peeing blood and was not circumcised yet. I fixed it but definitely call your dr because it’s not just a normal thing that happens for no reason sometimes.

No NB can be constipated for up to 4 days unfortunately make sure baby is atleast peeing well and eating correctly if not I’d take baby in so you know it’s nothing worse
