Anyone awake? Son's wide awake and I need tips/advice on losing fat/weight. My hubby says I don't need too and that I'm perfect but I am overweight and I'm concern that I'll have health problems later
Are there any meats I should avoid? We usually get chicken, pork tenderloins and beef

Avoid carbs and white starches. No potatoes, bread, white rice, pasta, juice, sweet tea. Just eat meat and veggies. High protein foods. Get active - take long walks.
@marita97, pork and beef, beef is good sometimes tho because it contains iron. I would say substitute turkey meat but it has a lot salt in take.
