How often do you ladies cut your babies nails? I had to cut my son's nails the day after we came home from the hospital almost two weeks ago and I think I need to cut them again already because he has an unexplained scratch on his nose.

2 weeks sounds about right because my sons nails grow super fast so I cut his nails every two weeks to keep them clean and so he won’t scratch his face

i bite off my sons finger nails and toe nails twice a week, im too scared to cut them, i dont want to make him bleed.. i will feel so horrible

I'm terrified too. I waited until he was passed out the first time so he wouldn't be all wiggly. It helped a lot, but it was still scary as hell!

@babyttsmommy, I’ve cut noahs too short on accident making him bleed and he didn’t even cry.@damiensmommy1117, I always waited until Noah was sleeping or just kept mittens on him or his onesie sleeve folded over his hands 24/7 his nails eventually broke off because they were so soft
