Before I met my husband I was a single mother with my two older kids their dad hasn't been apart of their life at all so was mom and dad to them. I was living with my mom but I rented my room from her I was working I didn't have a car so the only bills I had were just my rent and my phone bill so all the rest of my money went to my kids but now I'm a stay at home mother my husband works and would like for me to stay at home wit the kids. When I was pregnant with our daughter I loved it I was able to spend more time with the two older kids get things ready for the new baby but now I'm home all day long I don't go out much just to the market, take the kids to school, doctors appointment. After I have my baby I would like to go back to work to get out of the house and have extra money but my husband doesn't want me working because he is worried about child care

I get where he is coming from.. I don’t trust day cares and they’re so expensive too!
Maybe you can go back to work part time?

@dazzlingmommy, I don't trust them either my sister would baby sit my older kids while I worked but now i want to go back to have extra money because me and him don't buy ourselves anything but I had gotten a job right before we found out we were pregnant this last time and he was like that's it Ima get two jobs so you can stay home with the kids but I'm dying to get out of the house lol and he gets upset and takes it the wrong way when I say I need some me time

Have you tried explaining to him why you really want to go back to work?

@dazzlingmommy, yea I have before I got pregnant with this time I was working at Homedepot but I get really bad morning sickness and I stop and he was like well I gave you the chance to work. But the other day we talked about it again and I told him I will get a part time job after he gets out of work but he said he will just get another job. The down side is I won't see him that much and basically be doing everything with the kids on my own but the up side all our bills will be taken care lol but I would rather work so he can spend time with the kids
