Didnt progress any this week still only 2cm and 80%.... I feel like induction if going to happen…

Why can’t they wait until you’re 42 weeks to induce?

But try to do everything you can to make him come naturally. I got induced for no reason at 40 weeks and it kept messing with my son’s heart rate throughout labor. It was really scary! Afterwards I learned that the drug they use to induce (pitocin) is known to mess with the baby’s heart rate! Also getting induced increases your risk of having a csection. I was so pissed when the hospital staff kept pushing for a csection because I wasn’t dilating fast enough! I put my foot down and said NO and ended up pushing him out anyways! 💪🏼

(I obviously would have went for a csection if it was medically necessary but I know my dr was pushing for one to get a bigger check 💰🖕🏼. Changed him as soon as I gave birth!!)

Hun none of that matters u could be closed and go into labor u could go into labor tonight I've had 4 vag births and with 3 of them I was only dilated to a 1 when labor came and once I was at a 4 when I went to tge hospital don't stress just relax and wait u can walk or sit on a ball and my 1st was born on his dd

@toshagager1988 i have been walking a bunch and it doesnt seem to get me anywhere. Definitly keep praying it does get ne somewhere before Thursday! Thank you. I didnt realize you could dilate that fast!

@ashtonndamon, Yes! It was definitely a traumatic birthing experience! So scary

Everyone is different some labors an hour and some days I haven't been so lucky mine like to go days once it lasted only 8 hours but that one was horrible contrasions every min but good luck
