Well: I quit my job. I cannot work for a restaurant with horrible food quality and terrible customer service.
It’s a bad sign when I drop off food and have to practically run away because it’s just gross looking.
I miss Cheesecake Factory. 😭 I wish they’d open up a second location in Sparks/Reno, NV. 🙏🏼

Hope find something soon. I just got promoted as a server at my job! Never thought I would be a server.... seems too complicated to me b4 and I can't believe I am doing it and doing a great job!

@babytj0214, that’s awesome! I’ve served for 10 years and bartended for 4. I’m just extremely picky about restaurants. Like, if they don’t make their dressings in-house then it’s a no-go for me. I’m just really about food quality..I can’t work somewhere I wouldn’t eat at myself. Ughhhhh

@babytj0214, I’m not sure. 🤦🏼♀️. I just left The Cheesecake Factory after 7 years.. my husband is the new General Manager of the location in Reno, NV, but, we can’t work together being that we are married. Soooo, I have to find a place that is similar I think! Haha! I got hired on at Bj’s Brewhouse and did five days of training and was like, “nooooope!”. I hate to quit like that, but Jesus the food was horrible!

@babytj0214, I definitely hear ya! But, until then, if it’s something you’re really passionate about, maybe take some cooking classes on the weekends! You can even make a date out of it, or go with girl friends - I loveeee cooking classes!
