I'm so pissed right now. I have the in-laws trying to take my son, we have court next month and I'm supposed to let him stay with them until court is over, he can visit me on weekends. But last month he tried to run away from them in Walmart. Thankfully a sheriff was nearby and caught him (they can't chase him due to health issues). So just now my mom calls and tells me he got out their front door and yet again they can't chase him so some the fuck how he got 4 blocks away before they got him. I know the neighborhood well and that's pretty far and its one of the worst neighborhoods in that town. He's 5!!! I'm so close to saying fuck the judge and bringing him home for good. I'm amazed he didn't get run over or kidnapped I mean I would think the judge would take my side on this.

I would call and try to move the court date up! He’s obviously not safe and if they can’t run after a kid cause of health issues, they’re not fit to watch a small child. Children run

@lizibear84 I can only guess the court docket is full. My lawyer tried the last time this happened in Walmart and they said they couldn't move it. Personally I just think the didn't want to. Court is December 6th

@twice_blessed, that’s next week, so not too bad. I would honestly just wait it out and don’t do anything against the courts ruling. Last thing you want is for them to be able to use it against you.

@lizibear84 I know but as a mother you can understand how worried I am about him. And he's not a normal child. He has lots of issues and intense melt downs at random

@lizibear84 Just since August when school started. I don't have a car but I wanted him in school so I agreed to let him stay there but then they went and filed for custody behind my back
