I’m toying with getting my son’s hair cut. I’ve been saying since he was born that I’m not cutting it until his 3rd…

@nomli, cutie! Jacob has some mean cowlicks and a natural part, so I’m not sure that cut would work for him. His hair naturally parts to the right

If it doesn't bother him, don't cut it! We only cut his when he's growing a mullet, it's getting that emo wave, or he can't see anymore, and it always makes me sad. I love his hair long.

@nomli, it doesn’t seem to bother him at all. It’s just starting to look shaggy. I used to be able to tame it somewhat when it was shorter, but now I don’t know what to do anymore. I clip it up when we’re home playing, but when he’s in classes I don’t. I know it’ll bother him eventually. Plus I’m getting so much slack from my mom and sister saying that he looks like a girl

Awww. Maybe just a trim then? Enough to get it looking tamer but still longish? There’s a few boys in his class that have longish hair like that, some with curls, and it’s adorable.

Haha. Hair length doesn’t matter. My cousin had no hair, wore earrings, headbands, all pink clothes, and people would still go “What a handsome boy!”

@nomli, I think I’m just afraid of him losing his curls if we cut them off.

I’m waiting too his hair seems pretty tame - my sons hair is CRAZY! But I’m still waiting to make him a really nice big party so he understands the significance of it . It’s a really cool time they transition into “ big boys” ur sons hair seems totally okay when’s his birthday

@mrsmord, He’ll be 2 in August. He has fine hair, but it’s growing in so uneven. His hairline is finally starting to come in, so it looks weird, lol. This is how it is most of the time. When I manage to brush it out of his eyes it looks like a combover
