Personally I would stay away from all energy drinks all together my husband was peeing out potassium while drinking them causing all sorts of leg spasms and since stopping it’s all gotten better

I work at night also ,so I understand! However I wouldn't drink energy drinks since you are breast feeding. I was drinking energy drinks as well, but they are messing up my blood pressure readings .There is a tea "Yogi perfect energy" I got it from Walmart. The tea lasts all night. It's natural . It is a hot tea, so you have to actually make it so I would drink it before heading to work. Or if you have a microwave at work , make it there

@eaj8290 I drink Monster energy drinks. And I'm not directly feeding until maybe 6 or 7 hrs later but I do have to pump while at work

I would just be concerned about that. 7-6 hours later it's all metabolized, but the caffeine mixed with the ingredients is a lot for a little heart

Yeah it could cause heart palpitations, kidney problems, a whole bunch. It would be like drinking probably 4 at once for you
