Why would a two year old sleep alot?

Getting sick, getting over being sick, growth spurt, active day.

Just keep the fluids going and let her sleep as much as possible.

Definitely not. Unless she has a fever over 103 that doesn't break with Tylenol or last for more than a few days or if she can't hold down liquids.

She dont throw up either
