Y’all I need help! Not exactly sure what to do.
I have signed papers for an apartment but I’ve been about three weeks trying to get the keys. All she has to do is make a copy of Tinleys birth certificate.
Well she finally got ahold of me and said she would meet me tomorrow. Can’t ever depend on her though.
It’s literally took her about three months to sign papers for it.
Well the rent for the apartment will be $478. Power isn’t included.
But I’ve also found a trailer I’m going to look at today.
The rent for it is $525 and nothing but trash is included.
Which would be best? Their both two bedroom.

Why do they need her birth certificate? I would go with the cheaper one for now.

@beemommyof3 its a thing here too. They do it for proof and they put the kids down on the lease.

@beemommyof3, she said so they know that she is an actual person or whatever. I guess people lie and say they have kids to try an get it cheaper or whatever. If the state people would come in and she didn’t have it on file then she would get in trouble.
