Me and my baby girl got alittle sick due to the weather change and we took a nice warm bath she felt so relax and calm and having her do skin to skin clear her nose up so much . Idk if this weird but when I have my spa time alone I also use that time in the bath to pump cuz I feel like in the warm water I make the most milk. 🤷🏽‍♀️ idk. #mommy&me time
