Do you offer foods for her to pick up or is she spoon fed regularly

You should get her a sippy cup with handles so she can do it herself. Also practice with her. Small things to snack on. Was she full term?

yea she has one... i put orange juice in it and teach her how to hold it and she just won’t.... it’s frustrating
