Question we will be putting our house up for sale...so what is the difference between for sale by owner and selling through a realtor? Is there is a fee or do they get a certain percentage of the profit from your house?

There's no difference except they get a percentage of the profit for whatever the house sales for because they do all the work of showing the house and posting the house on different sites and for sale signs and all that

@danielswifey, so I wouldn’t get all of the money then:/ so basically try and sell the house ourselves first lol
