I’m 16 weeks and 6 days pregnant and my back has been killing me and there are even times where my back goes out and I almost fall to the floor... is there anything I can do to help with my back problems
Chiropractor, warm baths, heating pad, Tylenol, and stretching exercises that are safe for pregnancy. Try not to bend over to much or stay on your feet for a long period of time. This is all what my doctor told me to do and when I'm 6 months I get a belly brace to help get some of the weight off my back.
