@beemommyof3, he has a really bad cough and a fever. And yes, it says it’s a dietary supplement.

Tylenol for the fever. The one thing you don't want to do for a cough is suppress it or stop them from coughing. The reason they are coughing is because they need to remove something from the system. If you stop that it could prolong the cough. But i wouldn't give him something that won't cover both ailments at once.
