My 3 year just started eating meat. I just took all the meat out. She would eat beans instead.

That is actually not a bad thing. I have a vegetarian child as well

@kkmamax3 my son won't eat beans, but he does eat eggs and I try to get him to eat more protein. He won't even try it and it's been like this since he has been eating regular food.

@beemommyof3 no it's not a bad thing but it's frustrating always having to make something else for him because he refuses to even try it. And he is on almond/cashew milk because he can't have dairy. Lol

Yup. Mine too. It actually is easy for me. We all love smoothies. Whatever I make for dinner I just add and additional side for him. He eats a plate of sides and we eat everything. I dont make anything special.

@kkmamax3 his doctor said she isn't too concerned because he has always been on track with everything. I just love making meat, with sides and he never wants to eat it. Even hiding it, he knows it's there. Lol

@beemommyof3 I just feel like him eating just sides he doesn't get full and he always wants something a little while later, he eats much more than my older son. But he lovesssss fruit and veggies as snacks, I mean maybe I should see it as a good thing but it drives me nuts lol.

Yeah I hear ya. I used to make him sit and eat it but now I have snack bags I make up in the fridge and he grabs what he wants. I quit forcing him. It just got old and I was tired if wasting food.

My daughter will eat it if she feels like it but she loves chicken lol And She loves mango which is one of the things I craved the most while pregnant lol

@beemommyof3 that's a really good idea. Maybe I will do that too.

@mrshodges my son won't even eat chicken nuggets. Like I thought all kids love chicken nuggets lol. But my oldest was like this for a short time but he would still eat chicken, and he eventually grew out of it. My little one won't budge.

Yup. Saves time and trips to the fridge. Both my kids get them.
