They may talk about an induction date or they may send you on over if your already dilated a good bit at least that's what my ob office does

Only if medically needed. Most likely they will let you go over by at least a week if everything looks good

My doctor said if I make it to my 40 weeks appointment, they will schedule an induction for 41 weeks. All offices are different though
