My 15 mo had been sleeping perfectly all night, from 9pm to 8am, for months.
Starting 5 days before his baby brother is born, he's been waking up between 4 to 5am, and not going back to sleep, every day.
Fml.

Sleeping tips? Anyone have any sleeping tips? I haven’t been able to sleep in days I have horrible pain in my hips, shoulders and my back. I try using pillows different sleeping positions and nothing helps ? I’m so tired I just want to sleep!
I’ve been sleeping most of the day but my husband had to go do a consult for a job so I had to get up with the kids and I want to just crawl back in bed and sleep for the rest of the day 😩
