Most likely you will see your daughter on weekends, normally its every other.. Thats what happened w my parents.

Only thing i said was when she sick and contagious with something she has to stay home or i have to take her back because i have a newborn she cant be getting sick

You can "file" for full custody but its not granted unless one of the parents relinquished their rights or is unfit. The court always gives 50/50 and even when they don't the other parent is always given an opportunity to complete the reunification process to reunite them with their children
