Got off work at 7:15pm. Been working since 9am. I'm so dang exhausted and my feet hurt so bad. The things I do for my son lol .... Anyone know of anything that can help heel spurs? Cause my feet are aching in pain. I'm soaking them in the bathtub in warm water but I don't think it's going to help much... Need a remedy cause tomorrow I work 10 hours again :( I haven't been on my feet for over 8 hours since before my son was born. Didn't remember the pain I use to go through until tonight

I don't have a heel spur, but I have a bone spur on top of my foot that bothers my tendon sometimes. Do you have midol or some other anti-inflammatory? That's what I was prescribed. That and cold compresses helped. I don't know if that'd work for a heel spur though.
