Am I selfish for not wanting my husband's mother to come here for Thanksgiving. She wants me to work around her schedule as to when dinner will be ready. Apparently she may or may not be here by 2 pm or it might be 6 pm it's b.s.

I think you can still have her over, but explain that you guys can’t wait for her, you guys have to eat when you were planning to eat. If she isn’t okay with that than that’s up to her about coming or not.
