This Thanksgiving we are especially thankful for our son, Knox. He’s truly our little BLESSING. 💙😇

For those who don’t know, we struggled for years to conceive. Having no legitimate explanation from doctors was the worst. It just was. However, it was not without many prayers that we decided to try other options.

Last year we decided in vitro fertilization was the next best path. If you aren’t already aware, this can be a struggle mentally & physically, especially for mama. I won’t forget the scheduled shots I had for many nights in those first few months. All the extra appointments I went to for follow ups were nerve racking. But, if that wasn’t enough, the financial burden is just icing on the cake with how IVF can be a love hate relationship for new parents. It’s EXPENSIVE! Praise God we were able to pay for it with bonus money from our business. This made the process SO MUCH easier.

It was a SUCCESS!! Only one take and we were fortunate to be pregnant. And thank God the 9 months went smoothly (besides the shots, etc). Now, almost exactly 365 days ago, our little angel was born healthy and LOVED, completely. He’s been an absolute joy this past year and we are SO thankful to have close friends and family to make this first year a complete blessing.

So this Thanksgiving 2017 we want to say how much we are happy to be parents and to feel the love this little man brings to our family. 👪
