My body constantly is hot . Not like sweating but if I touch myself I’m hotter then usual

It was about 25 degrees when I went to my appt today and I was sweating. 😂

Yes!!! It'll be 31 degrees outside and I'll have all my windows open and I'll still be sweating! 😂😭😂
