I’ve been having cramping & really tight/ hard belly for a cpl days now, also bad lower back pain.. this is my first pregnancy so I’m not really sure if they are contractions or not. I read online that women stop gaining weight when they are close to labor & I haven’t gained anything for a cpl weeks now.. I have an appointment tomorrow & im suppose to get my cervix checked & im just curious with all of these symptoms if I where to be dilated any what would happen? Or could I possibly be dilated?

i have yet to gain a single pound this pregnancy i lost 5! i really thought id have a belly by now but people can't tell im pregnant im not overweight or "fat"
So I have question I'm 23 weeks and I thought a 9 lbs weight gain was good but now I'm re thinking it what is normal at this stage is it to much I'm stressing out I am really watching what I eat and I really don't over eat sad mommy here 😔
I'm 12 weeks and my doctor said I should have gained 10 pounds by now and I've gained 1. Anyone else have problems with gaining weight in the beginning?
