Real contractions will have you screaming and crying on the floor. You may be having Braxton Hicks, which are similar to the real thing, just not as intense.

@theinkedmommy these are very intense and they make me cry. I keep my fiance up at night because it hurts so bad

@silasmommie Have they checked to see if you’re dilated yet? How close together are they?

@theinkedmommy I have ant appointment on Monday and they will. Last appointment I was 1 1/2

@silasmommie, Sounds to me like you may be dilating more. Keep track of how close they are and if they go away or not. If they’re 2-3 mins apart for a while, I’d go in to L&D to be safe.

I had this exact same thing happened to me! I felt pain in my back but not in my stomach, I called my Dr and was told if I start to feel pains in my belly to come in, I never did feel pain in my stomach (until the last moment) and these pains went on for a few days and then I started feeling the pain all over come and go and it was extremely bad so I went to the hospital and was dilated to 9 1/2 , no time for epidural or anything and I was only 3 1/2 cm a few days before (when the bad back pain started) so if anything worries u, I'd go get checked. Better to be sent home then to have baby at home like I almost did, luckily I was able to get to the hospital in 15 mins, had him 10 mins later!!

@pclevenger22 I will see how tonight goes and I'm waiting to hear back from my doctor. I honestly think I dialated more but I'll see.
