@yazmedina84, I’m in San Antonio. Sorry to hear about the pain. I hope for your sake it goes away soon - I’ve been on progesterone this whole pregnancy (went from suppositories to injections after 16 weeks) so they have really kept me feeling much better than I ever did with any of my previous two pregnancies.
@yazmedina84, In my case it’s to prevent preterm labor (my last pregnancy I gave birth at 36 weeks and my son spent just under two weeks in the NICU because his lungs were under-developed). So my OB opted to try progesterone in the hopes it would prevent it happening again - I had already been in complaining of cramping at 14 weeks. Since starting it I feel great!! I know for others they’re prescribed it early on to prevent miscarriage, but don’t have to take it for the entire pregnancy.
@harrison110306 oh ok , sorry to hear that hopefully your baby will cook longer this time. And I hope mine does too because at 25 weeks they had told me I was having mild contractions.
