I'd let both of them in. The baby didn't decide how it was born, there's no way I'd take the baby and leave the mom, and I would not leave the baby out in that. Granted, if the mom was crazy and would attack us or something, then I'd feel bad but would leave them. Also depends on if there's room in the car.
