@aubreylynnsmommy, you can do either! I just sprinkled it in his diaper! Honestly what’s cool about it is if you do it and the rash looks worse than you’d know it’s a yeast rash and to take her to the dr for cream. I never thought it’d work so well it’s amazing and way way way cheaper than diaper cream

Seriously my son had one that even triple paste wasn’t really helping and that’s my personal favorite cream and my mom said to try corn starch and it was better by the next diaper change it’s amazing!
