@mckenziesmummy I did do care work! You need to tell your manager the truth on how you feel so that he/she can put the right amount and strain of work on you or they will take the piss, just be honest! Got yourself and baby to think about xxx

I work in a residential/dementia/nursing home so i was only limited to working on the residential floor as it is less atrain and me and baby arent at risk (as some of our demntia residents can be violent). They have to do a risk assessment with you too so if i feel like you cant do something tell them. Also as your pregnancy goes on keep in contwct woth tbem and tell thwm if your starting to find it hard. I didnt and ended up with high bp and reduced movements so was montiered at hospital. Told work and they have put me on light duties till i leave now so just like paperwork and computer work and serving etc. But defo be honest woth them there aint nothing they can do about it other then work woth you to fond suitable stuff for you to do x
