4 months with First by recommendations from the doctors due to bad reflux and colic, and 5 months with second as he's so hungry, started of with one fruit few spoonfuls once a day, then after 48 hours I'd try different food like carrot to make sure they weren't allergic to it and then slowly just gave them more after couple of weeks introduced second meal, just follow your baby's lead also if you sign up to cow and gate they got lots of great recipes and advice x

My son was always watching me eat and trying to grab and mouthing for my food, he had reflux too so was weaned earlier than 6 months I think he was about 5 months when i started, maybe try a bit of baby rice first, think they say the earliest you can wean is about 17 weeks usually so you should be fine hun x

I started weaning at 19 weeks! She was hungry! Always looking at my food, watching me eat and imitating me chewing, trying to get my food! I just gave her veg and fruit until 6 months☺️ they say you shouldn't wean until 17 weeks at the earliest xx

6months with Morgan. He was happy enough on milk. Max was 4 1/2months. He was barely drinking milk, he wanted food. Was trying to take it from us. Opening his mouth when there was food about etc. He'd lost a lot of weight so I introduced foods. He was ready.

Start when you feel is right hun I did at 4 months health visitor said ooo not sure can he go back on milk I laughed and said you clearly don't know my child😂 he is now nearly 2 and still greedy lol. If you think he's ready go for it. Some people are very very against it but never done any harm to Harrison xx
