My son is 1 years old, and is now on whole milk, and I feel bad because he's getting constipated😣 is there anything I can give him? To help him poop? The lady at wic told me to mix milk with his formula, but he's all out of formula.

I wouldn't do the syrup every time. How long has he been on the milk? Hopefully it's just his body getting used to it and it will even out and won't have the problem too long!

@mdomke22 I heard apple juice works too, so I'll see if that works. And he's been on whole milk for a a week now, lady at wic says it's normal, but I just hate that he gets constipated

Yes I did juice with my first. It Def helps. Give like 3 or 4 ounces not watered down. It helped with my babe. Hope he feels better soon!

Maybe try soy if it continues. My daughter had the same issue we do soy/almond and haven’t had any issues since
