It’ll def catch up to them. My daughters bio-Dad didn’t pay the 1st 3yrs, then he was ordered the TX state minimum of $160. Didn’t pay that either, tons of back support piled up. The the dumba*s gets a job with the State of TX & guess what! They start taking back support, current support & medical support (total was like $285). I then filed for an amendment & now he has to pay $530 a month. Oh well & he still refuses to see her!

@morgan.k, that’s so fucked up!! The law doesn’t give a damn about anything anymore we’re just 5 min on their docket and could care two fucks less about our children and what’s best for them. It’s sad. Like you said at least she has you and her real daddy❤️ my baby daddy hasn’t helped since she was born and only visit her once a year on her birthday and snaps billion of pictures to take back to everyone like he is the best dad ever 🙄 I’ve recently asked him if he could buy her winter some clothes and he said he would but nope yet again another lie. It’s so annoying like I wish I could be a bitch and just be like nope you can’t come here in April and just not answer his once a month “ how’s our daughter “ but I can’t be a bitch when it comes to my daughter. I want her to know I did everything for him to be apart of her life and it wasn’t my fault he isn’t around

@hamccright77, right now he is $278 of unpaid child support. And we went to court in July. And he is only ordered to pay $25 🙄 I wish I could just take his right away because he doesn’t even fucking do shit for her anyways. I’m nice too my ass would STILL let him do the once a year visit he does and answer his once a month text asking about her

@vs0221580, my daughter donor has the option to see her. I send pics and have sent them (him & his wife) her #. 2 months ago his wife informed me that he has stage 4 kidney failure from a genetic issues & I need to have my daughter checked. I honestly think they want her to be his kidney donor, but hell no.

@morgan.k, it’s sucks being made the bad guy but like you said little do you know you’re just protecting your child. I started just not giving a damn because no matter what I’m always the “bad guy” but literally none of my daughters biological dads family have even asked about her or even seen her and she going to be two in April.
