My son's last two poops have been weird. I know they are transitioning still, but it was like stuck to his skin and I had to peel it off with my fingers, as if it were one of those peel off face masks. He has an appointment in the morning, but has anyone else had that happen? Any tips to clean it off without my fingers? Lol

I tried a warm washcloth, but that didn't work either.
