So when your mucus plug came out was in kinda like a pink lemonade looking fluid?  I'm not having contractions and my water hasn't broke yet but I think my mucus plug is coming out but I don't know. 38 weeks today

Or you could be leaking fluid or dialating to make it have that pinkish color
