Oh, you will know mama. I remember thinking that too. But trust me. Lol you will know. Just remember it doesn't matter if it's pains, aches or cramps! If they come and go time them. 💗

I wasn't sure when I was last time lol I had contractions starting at 7am and called my mom and we waited till 12 to go to L&D because they got worse and I used a contraction timer app and L&D sent me home but then the contractions got worse and hurt like hell so I went back to L&D at 2pm and they said I was 4cm and kept me and I had her that night.

My sister knew because her water broke lol

@mamamiaof2 mine didn't lol they broke it at the hospital for me. I just went by timing contractions and pain.

@mamamiaof2 if you get cramps that come and go and tightening in your belly id try timing that. And with my first I made lots of calls to the on call nurse and L&D to make sure I wasn't in labor lol probably had stupid questions but oh well
