Need advice..so my left breast one i had mastitis in 4 wks ago seems to NOT be filling up or making much milk now :( after I recovered from mastitis it was back to normal getting engorged and producing a lot of milk when it was time to feed but now few days ago i noticed its been deflated looking and never gets engorged and much smaller than my right and when i pump not much milk :( what should I do??
