Having a play date and my friend has 3 kids. The oldest being so bad and so loud. Not being nice to the other kids and won't listen to me. His mother won't really say much, although she's having his dad pick him up and take him home because he's acting out. I have neighbors on both sides of me and below me!! Like I cannot deal with this shit. I'm gonna have so many complaints. How can one kid be so bad??

You need to assert yourself in your house, no matter who's kid it is especially if they're being mean to the other kids! Or tell the mama straight up, "you better get'em before I do!" I tell people (who's kids I'm around a lot) if I can't punish them or tell them what to do then don't send them or bring them to my house!
