I stopped bleeding and want to jave sex before my fiance leaves but I do t know if my inner stitches have dissolved yet.... I feel fine down there but what happens if I have sex and still have a stitch or 2? Yes I know it's usually 6 weeks but with my son I was fine at 3 weeks and my doctor said once I feel ok then it was fine

I had the pleasure of having a rare labia tear I only got 4 stitches but I can't see to see if they have dissolved or not:/
I had sex at 3 weeks ppd because I felt fine and now I have pain in my vagina right where I tore all the time. That wouldn't have happened if I would have waited a week longer. I had a small tear with a couple stitches but still wasn't healed when i thought I was and now I regret not waiting. That's just my story. Wanted to share. And my stitches were external and internal in my vaginal wall not my uterus.
