Is it normal to bleed heavy for your first period after birth? I have been bleeding so bad even soaked through my pants! My periods were always light before pregnancy!

Lol it's normal mine went thru my pants straight on my sheets 😝my flow was really heavy for a few days

Yes very normal. After my third I didn’t bleed at the hospital. Got home and immediately started bleeding like a murder scene!
