I'm really worried about being a first time mom I am just so scared that I'm not doing the right things for the baby while it's inside me I have not been to a doctor yet because the first appointment is on December 20th can anyone please give me tips and advice on how to keep the baby healthy and happy

@scatterbug Yes I understand completely I have horrible anxiety and anxiety attacks so I understand how difficult it is to stay calm and not stress but just try your best that's all we can do as mothers

@amberjacq, yeah that's really hard for me to do when the best thing I do in life is worry and stress lol

Drink water, eat veggies, and fruits, and take prenatal vitamins, take it easy/don't over work yourself, and relax because stress isn't good for pregnancy, and I know it's easier said then done because I remember I was sick with a cold for the longest time in my first trimester and I was weak, and I just constantly threw up so I felt like I was failing my baby because I couldn't get better so I cried, and stressed out which only made things worse so just try to relax the best you can

Like she said, make sure you are eating enough, make healthy Choices, drink LOTS of water (like try to get 100oz a day), take a good prenatal, and rest when you are tired! Try to relax and know there is pretty much nothing else you can control... that tiny egg and your uterus have a lot of intricate stuff that has to happen to make a pregnancy viable... best wishes momma
